ROTI PARATHA
(Malaysian Puff Paratha)

ROTI PARATHA is an Indian traditional pancakes made of dough. The special texture of Roti Paratha is the multi-layered dough that gives crispy and fluffy texture. Roti Paratha oftenly eaten with curry sauce, honey, jam, peanut butter, etc., according to individual preference.

The flexibility of Kart's Roti Paratha raw dough allows it to be served in many ways such as sandwich wrap, pizza base, kebab roll, pie, etc. depends on individual creativity. It is usually eaten for breakfast and can also be served for dinner or supper. Kart's Roti Paratha preserves the traditional aromatic, crispy and fluffy Roti Paratha to offer the original taste.

Preparation Method

1. Heat pan with some traces of cooking oil/margarine/butter
2. Direct from freezer, pan fry Roti Paratha over moderate heat until golden brown on both sides.
3. Serve hot with curry, sugar or any jam spread.
